Playing collects nothing. Buying gives us your email address, so we can send you the link.
While you play
The pages set no cookies and run no analytics: no adverts, no tracking pixels, nothing from anybody else. The site’s security policy stops them loading scripts, pictures or fonts from any other server.
Your browser remembers which step you reached in each room, so you can pick up where you left off. That note stays on your device, in the browser’s own storage, and is never sent to us. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.
When you buy
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and your email address; we never see your card number. What Stripe does with them is covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.
When a payment completes, Stripe tells this site your email address and which room you bought, and the site emails you the link. Nothing is saved along the way. A copy of that email stays in our sent mail, and Stripe keeps its record of the payment, which we can see in our Stripe account.
We use your email address to send you the link and to answer you if you write. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it.
When you write to us
Messages to latch.keys.play@gmail.com stay in that mailbox so we can answer them. Ask and we will delete yours.
Sharing buttons
The share buttons are ordinary links. Nothing goes to WhatsApp, Instagram, X, Facebook, Reddit or anyone else unless you press one, and then that service’s own privacy policy applies.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles your IP address in order to deliver the pages, and shows us overall traffic counts, such as how many requests the site served. It does not tell us who you are.
Children
Playing collects nothing from anyone, of any age. Buying needs a payment card and is for adults.
